Since the founding of our company, we have been a reliable supplier of customer-specific / drawing parts and fasteners according to drawings. We work with representatives from various industries, such as the furniture, electrical, automotive, and other industrial sectors.
The production of customer-specific / drawing parts requires precision and quality to ensure optimal results. Therefore, the manufacturing process is controlled by modern production technologies and machines that allow for high precision. The key factors include the quality of the materials used in manufacturing and the proper adjustment of the machines.
Our production takes place in Taiwan, and we always deliver high-quality goods to our customers, which are regularly inspected. To optimize this control, we have implemented internal processes. Processing methods include, for example, pressing, machining, hot and cold forming, stamping, bending, CNC turning and milling of almost any material (Zamak, aluminum, and other unusual materials).
The parts can be heat-treated, for example, by carburizing or quenching, and can be processed by surface treatments such as nickel plating, galvanizing, zinc phosphating, DELTA Seal, and other surface treatments.
We also engage in custom manufacturing with 3D printing. We started this activity several years ago when 3D printing technology was still in its infancy. Currently, 3D printing is one of our side activities. Typical customers in this area are companies that require deliveries of small series and uncomplicated plastic components.
